We are
pleased to report that Mick has earned his AKC GRAND
CHAMPION title in June. Mick is the second Skye to earn this title
and the first breeder/owner handled Skye to do so.
On June
17-18, two Gleanntan Skyes earned back-to-back group
placements at the same show weekend. On Saturday, Ch. Gleanntan Glindathegoodwitch - "Glinda"
earned a Group 3 and on Sunday, Ch.
Gleanntan Comeflywithme! - "Mick" earned a
Group 2.
Ch.

Best of Breed at the Great Western Terrier Association -
Skye Terrier Club of Southern California Specialty Weekend
show (Skye Terrier Club of America Supported Entry) the
day following the Specialty. The show was held on June 27
at the Queen Mary Events Park in Long Beach, California.
At the 100th
Annual Bryn Mawr Kennel Club show, Ch.
Gleanntan Comeflywithme! - "Mick" won the
Terrier Group in an entry of 113 terriers.
We are very
proud to report that on June 12, Ch. Gleanntan Going For The Silver, CD - "Duffy"
(Ch. Finnsky Gladiator x Ch. Gleanntan Givemebusybee!)
earned his third and final leg towards his CDX title.

Potomac Skye Terrier Club Specialty show, Ch.
Gleanntan Comeflywithme! - "Mick" earned
Best of Breed. 7-month old Gleanntan Symphony In G -
"Moya" earned Best in Sweepstakes.

Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in New York City, Ch.
Gleanntan Comeflywithme! - "Mick" earned the single Award
of Merit and Ch. Gleanntan Glindathegoodwitch - "Glinda"
earned Best of Opposite Sex.
