In 2001, Dave acquired 11 points, including his two majors, all from the Puppy classes. He was also Reserve Winners Dog at the Skye Terrier Club of America National Specialty in October, 2001, under breeder/judge Sandra Goose Allen. On June 15, 2002, at the Bryn Mawr Kennel Club show, David went WD and BOS (to his dam) for a 3-point major, thus completing his AKC Championship.
